The Gold Mine Jewelry and Loan Co. also known as TGM, will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item that was purchased online in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to TGM within 30 days (online purchases) of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer’s expense. TGM will can not be held responsible for lost items in shipping, that were not insured with shipper. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the amount minus a 10% restocking fee or 100% for a store credit of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited to your account within 5 days of receipt of merchandise . Other payments or refunds by TGM will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. If check was used to purchase merchandise, the check must clear our blank before TGM will issue refund.
